Returns & Refunds for Products
KCMC will accept returns on non-perishable products for 14 days from receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from original order receipt. Mail all returns to address provided in Sweetwater, TN 37874. Items must be in original packaging and unused to be eligible for return. If you receive products that are damaged, please take a photo of packaging ASAP and email kingscocksandthemothercluckers@gmail.com in order to receive a full refund or new items. Refunds will be processed to the card/ bank that the original order was placed from. Refunds will include total purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.
Returns & Refunds for Eggs & Birds
All Avian live products are sent Overnight Priority through the United States Postal Service.
Buchanan's Barnyard will refund/ exchange eggs only if they meet the criteria below.
A photo is sent upon receiving the eggs with tracking label showing extensive damage to lindasgardentennessee@gmail.com.
Buchanan's Barnyard will only send replacement eggs of same value as original order.
Live Birds:
KCMC will refund/ or exchange for equal value depending on availability and if they meet the criteria below.
Death within 48 hours of arrival.
Chicks under the 8 minimum order will only be refunded.
Refunds will not include shipping and handling expenses.
Please understand that once your product leaves our location, that we have no say-so in how long they are in transit, where they are stored, and how they are handled. We send all avian lives with a small snack/ gro-gel for the transit. Day old chicks will have a packet of electrolytes inside the box.

Shipping and Taxes
At this point in time, KCMC only ships to the Continental United States of America. Shipping costs are determined by weight and size of product. Live Avian products are expensive to ship and costs can be found at www.USPS.com If cost of shipping is less than what is paid by customer, overage will be refunded back to the origin of purchase. Handling times may differ depending on availability and product (most items are handmade). Live Avian handling times are dependent on hatch rates, hatch dates, and previous orders.
Taxes are automatically calculated depending on price of product and are determined by Tennessee Sales Tax.
